Poor customer care ,lack of information,was informed they didnt need my custom and heres me wanting to purchase a two thousands pound bike and they could not care less its ok tho I just go elsewhere and get treat like a customers not a pest as the boy said .
Was told he wasn't taking a lecture from me then to just take my bike and go before having the door shut in my face. Even if I was being demanding, I don't think this any way to treat a customer.
This shop is an absolute life-saver. Lovely guys, quick, efficient and super-friendly and knowledgeable. As a female I often get ignored/talked down to in other bike shops, but here they treat me with respect as a normal person - sadly an unusual state of affairs in bike shops I find! One of the best bike shops I've ever had the pleasure of frequenting. Thanks, Team Pete!
