Excellent car buying experience with these guys. No pressure test drives and reasonable pricing. I had a small issue with the car a few weeks after purchase and they couldn't have done more to sort things out quickly and easily. Friendly and personal service from sales to reception to the mechanics. Great service from a local team :)
My parents recently visited Banchory Car Centre to trade in their old vehicle, as they were buying a new one. Lee told them it was going to scrap and that not even he would get more than 50 quid for it. They then put it up for sale the following day for just under 1300. We confronted them about it, as we felt it was extremely unfair, and they did return the vehicle to us. However, throughout the process we found them to be extremely rude and unprofessional. We certainly won't be back.
