Complete computer melt down, and not being able to contact my usual IT engineer, Having not used this company before I decided to give a chance. I made initial contact by phone with Mark, made arrangements to drop it of Saturday, received. Initial report Sunday, discussed my needs and received a call Monday Evening, Computer ready to go Tuesday AM On collection Mark demostrated, and was supprize at the clarity and speed it it oporated at. This was better than when it was Brand New. I strongly recommend Mark. It was more than worth the Journey of forty five minute drive each way, cost was to my liking too, have paid more and not got this service.A well satisfied customer.
