This is a great Business center tucked away just 10 minutes from the centre of Banchory. Good large meeting room that can be hired by non-tennants, Internet connection is good, staff very helpful. For the tenants there is the option of 2 person office up to much larger, there are also warehouse/workshop units. Rental rates are a lot better than Aberdeen. The place is well worth considering for any business

The business park is a great place to work with a good atmosphere. The relationships with the management team and other businesses in the building is really positive and friendly.
Expensive and not much sound proofing between rooms. Faulty lock fittings. Not well managed when issues arise
