I decided to go to Feughside Guesthouse as a none resident to have my breakfast. I had booked before hand as I did not want to just appear. I was warmly welcomed by Milly the friendly waitress who showed me to my table and offered tea right away always a plus for me! There was a great selection of continental breakfast items various fruits in bowls suitable for eating on its own or alongside a yogurt, pastries, cheese etc which would be enough on its own if that is what you prefer but I decided to have a cooked breakfast prepared by the guesthouse owner Catherine again there was a great choice but I decided to have bacon, sausage, mushrooms,scrambled egg, and hash brown all food was perfectly cooked and no grease residue on plate! Other breakfast items included black pudding, beans, eggs cooked your way. I have to say the toast was lovely and I thought homemade. All in all for none residents you are made very welcome and charged only 7 which is great value for what is offered. Worth a visit if your in area and fancy a break from cooking. I will def be going back.
Amazing choice for breakfast. No evening meals served. But we had a great room. With a river views. Good enough suite and a tv. A great owner and staff who couldn't do enough for you. We were allowed to bring a takeout in. Honesty box provided if you wish to have a drink. But you can take your own alcohol in. Well done for a brilliant stay. WiFi worked occasionally
Lovely rooms ImmaculateThe breakfast was really nice .full cooked was beautifully made to order.Lots of choice of cereal, fresh fruit , yoghurt etc Owner was lovely and made sure you had everything we could possibly need .sadly only stayed one night but will def return and stay longer .
